I am a former stay-at-home mom who has given up her hopes and dreams of becoming a professional reader. I now spend my days showing small children how to play games on computers. Right now I'm living vicariously through my 9 year-old who is reading everything she can get her hands on.
One of the most emotionally draining books I have ever read.
I recently viewed the trailer for the coming movie based on this book. Rarely do I like movies based off of books I love. I'm not going to judge this movie without seeing it. Considering the emotional context of the book, I'm not sure I really want to watch a movie that's going to make me cry like a baby from beginning to end.
