After being terribly disappointed with [b:The Sword of Summer|15724396|The Sword of Summer (Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard, #1)|Rick Riordan|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1434701340s/15724396.jpg|21400019], I found this novel featuring a mortal Apollo a pleasant surprise. Quite a few of everyone's favorite characters from previous make cameos. Meg is a welcome addition to the family. I am enjoying the manner in which Riordan is bringing together Greeks and Romans. I look forward to the next novel.
